ITALY-ALGERIA BUSINESS FORUM: JULY 23, 2025, ROME
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Trade Agency, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in Algiers and their Algerian counterparts, are organizing the Italy-Algeria Business Forum. The event will be held on Wednesday, July 23 in Rome at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & SPA located at Via Gerolamo Frescobaldi 5, starting at 9:00 a.m. (registration begins at 8:00 a.m.).
The event will open with a plenary session featuring institutional speakers. This will be followed by thematic panels exploring trade and investment opportunities between the two countries and financial support for the bilateral economic partnership, with particular focus on the following sectors:
- Energy and circular economy (conventional and renewable energy, including green hydrogen, energy infrastructure, waste management, mining);
- Infrastructure and transportation (construction, digital and physical infrastructure, maritime, rail, road, urban transport, logistics, water management, tourism, healthcare);
- Industry and agro-industry (agritech, agro-industry, agri-food, mechanical engineering, machinery, automotive, pharmaceuticals, new technologies).
Subsequently, ample space will be dedicated to B2B meetings between companies from the two countries. B2B meetings will be organized with Algerian companies selected by the host country's delegation. The plenary session will be held in Italian/Arabic with simultaneous translation. The round tables will be held in Italian and French with simultaneous translation.
