Azienda Agricola Ciavarella Michele

Pugliarella is a family-run farm located in San Severo, in the Puglia region of southern Italy. We produce extra virgin OLIVE OIL and ARTISAN  PASTA bronze-drawn and made from durum wheat grown in our own fields. We offer both organic and conventional products. Everything is born and grows on our land: we sow, cultivate, and transform directly on the farm. This allows us to ensure full traceability, a very short supply chain, and genuine quality. Our project is young but deeply rooted in tradition, combining a farming heritage with a modern vision. Every product tells the story of our land and the passion of a family that has worked the soil for generations, with respect for nature and enviromental.
